I really like my uniform. (Can't wear the sweatshirt, since it has a logo on it and the school doesn't want us putting recognizable/trackable stuff up on the net).
I like it... But it doesn't look good on me. Or, I don't look good in it.
And the headband is actually a mantilla, folded into a wide headband that counts as a headcovering. I can't wear a veil at school 24/7, so I wear this. ^.^
(Is extremely self-deprecating, and doesn't think she doesn't look good at all)

well, I think you look really nice!!!
that's a really pretty headband. would you wear a veil at school all the time over your hair if you could? (just out of curiosity)
my school doesn't even let us wear skirts. it's considered a violation of the dress code. pants are fine, but it'd be nice for at least a little freedom once in a while.... :(
anyway, very pretty pics!
I would. It's a sign of purity, piety, womanhood and I could go on and on. And it's Scriptural, too.
Of course, I wouldn't wear it on PE days--I don't wear this on PE days either. But otherwise, I'd wear it. And I do.
We have a strict dress code for the uniforms. The skirts have to be two inches past our fingers when we hold them at our sides, we have to tuck in our shirts, pull out our collars. No big earrings, no necklaces other than religious (not enforced :/) ones, and black shoes. And only 5th grade and up wears skirts--everyone else wears jumpers.
Thank you!
Huh... i didn't think in america schools had uniforms... i guess that was just me. any in agreement with cj. The school i'm at now has similar uniform for the younger kids cept its blue.
